Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Housing Scheme

DDA or the Delhi Development Authority was set up in 1957 to help improve the housing situation in the capital of India. The DDA has set a stipulation where applicants who wish to withdraw an application after the allotment and seek a refund can do so, however a stipulated withdrawal limit applies:

1. No refund is given 15 days from the date of allocation letter.

2. On the 16th to 30th day, 10% of application fee shall be refunded.

3. From day 31 to day 90, 50% of application fee shall be refunded.

4. After 90 days, 100% of the application fee shall be refunded.
