Yuva Nidhi Scheme: Empowering Young Entrepreneurs In today’s world, finding a job after finishing college is quite tough because there are limited job positions as per candidates applying for it. To solve this problem, the Government of Karnataka launched the Yuva Nidhi Scheme, a program designed to empower young entrepreneurs and support educated but unemployed youth. About Yuva Nidhi Scheme The Yuva Nidhi Scheme is initiated by the Karnataka Government to help jobless educated youth. Under this scheme, the unemployed graduates are given Rs 3000 every month, and unemployed diploma holders are given ₹1,500 every month. It provides financial assistance for a period of two years or till employment, whichever is earlier. It is only applicable to students who have completed their graduation or diploma in 2022-23 or 2023-24 and are not working or pursuing further studies. The applicant needs to reside in Karnataka. The applicant completed his or her degree/diploma in 2022–2023 or 2023–2024, The applicant has to be unemployed for at least six months following the completion of their studies. The applicant must not be receiving any other similar benefits from another unemployment scheme. The applicant's Aadhar card must be linked to their bank account to get money Applicants who are pursuing higher education, receiving apprentice salaries, or working in the private or government sector are not eligible. It does not apply to those who are already receiving help from similar government programs. Steps to apply online Go to the Seva Sindhu schemes Portal. Select the “Yuva Nidhi Yojana” option. Log in to the ServicePlus portal. If you are a new user, click “Register Here” and create an account by filling in your details. Fill out the application form carefully. Upload all the required documents. Click on the “Submit” button. The person must live in Uttar Pradesh, be between 21 and 35 years old, have passed Class 10, be unemployed, not working in a private or government job and have a family income below ₹3 lakh per year. Saksham Yuva Scheme Government of Haryana This was initiated on 1 November 2016 during Haryana Swarn Jayanti, which provides allowance to 12th class students of ₹ 1200, to graduate students the allowance is ₹ 2000, whereas to postgraduate students the allowance is ₹ 3500. And ₹6000 per month as an honorarium for 100 hours of work. The person must be a resident of Haryana, and be 18–35 years old (for 10+2) or 21–35 years old (for graduates and postgraduates), and they are not working or studying part-time, and their family income is below Rs 3 lakh
